The PC/PP hollow sheet extrusion line is independently developed by the BENK team using internationally leading single screw extrusion technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, stability and intelligent production, and is designed for the continuous production of high quality hollow grid sheet used in construction, advertising, packaging and many other fields.
A degassing, exhaust type single screw extruder removes volatiles from the melt so the sheet has no crystal points, and the self-designed screw gives good plasticization even when running regrind. Because hollow sheet is produced in many cell heights and weights, the line is built around quick mould changes and a forming section that cools the profile evenly and keeps line speed high.
