Most drip irrigation factories buy their line from one supplier, their drippers from another and their moulds from a third. BENK MACHINE supplies the complete set, so the emitter, the mould and the line are engineered to work together.
Drip irrigation is a chain, not a single machine. The emitter determines the flow accuracy, the mould determines the emitter, the production line determines the spacing and the bond, and the downstream equipment determines what the customer actually receives. A mismatch anywhere in that chain shows up as uneven irrigation in the field.

Four questions decide most of the configuration before any quotation is prepared.
1. Which product will you sell?
Thin wall seasonal tape, thick wall multi-season pipe, strip tape or labyrinth tape. This single choice fixes the production line type.
2. Which emitter and flow rate?
Flat, cylindrical, nano or pressure compensating, and the flow rate in litres per hour. That decides the dripper mould and the insertion unit.
3. What output do you need?
Target metres per year and shifts per day. That decides line speed, cavity count and how much downstream automation is worth buying.
4. What does your market expect?
Coil length and packing, wall thickness, colour, and whether main line hose must be supplied with pre-punched outlets.
