The PC/PMMA/GPPS transparent board extrusion line is independently developed by the BENK technical team around a new twin screw extrusion platform and a high accuracy temperature control system. It is engineered for continuous production of high transparency, high quality transparent board and is widely used in advertising, construction, home appliance and automotive industries.
Because transparency is unforgiving, every stage is designed to remove the causes of haze: a degassing extruder barrel, an external discharge gear pump that prevents material backflow, ultra-mirror polished moulds and rollers, and a cooling system that eliminates water ripples and internal stress. The result is a smooth, bubble-free surface with excellent light transmittance that can be bent cold and thermoformed.
