Layflat hose is light, flexible and rolls flat for transport, which makes it the practical choice for moving water around a farm or a construction site. The line extrudes the hose with an optional reinforcement layer and winds it into coils ready for use.
BENK MACHINE supplies the complete line including extruder, die head, vacuum sizing, cooling, haul-off, reinforcement feeding where used, and coil winding. Vacuum, PVC or PE versions are available, and the finished hose can be supplied with pre-punched outlets and welded connectors.
