The PET/PP/PS/PLA twin screw sheet extrusion line is an efficient and environmentally friendly production machine independently developed by the BENK team, purpose-built for manufacturers of thermoforming sheet. Whether the sheet goes into food packaging, medical packaging or daily consumer goods, the line delivers excellent performance and stability.
The process concept removes the two biggest cost drivers in PET sheet production: drying and energy. A large exhaust barrel combined with a water ring roots pump vacuum system lets the line run 100% recycled APET, PETG, CPET and RPET flake without a separate crystallizing and drying step, while the special screw and barrel geometry removes residual moisture and controls resin viscosity so the finished sheet stays transparent and tough.

Both twin screw and single screw constructions are available. Output is quoted for APET sheet at 0.5 mm thickness; the final configuration is confirmed with a material trial.
