The PE/TPO waterproof membrane production line is independently developed by the BENK team using advanced extrusion technology and is designed for the production of high quality waterproof materials. The line is widely used in the construction industry and provides excellent waterproof performance and durability, ensuring the long term safety and reliability of buildings.
Success on a membrane line is decided by width stability, thickness uniformity and consistent formulation. BENK answers this with gravimetric feeding at 0.3% accuracy, a vacuum exhaust mixing system, a large diameter alloy steel roller with a double layer multi-spiral flow channel holding temperature within 1 degree C, and an automatic thickness gauge that trims the die lip while the line is running.
