At the end of a high speed drip tape or pipe line, the winder has to keep up. If the winder stops, the whole line stops, so a two station machine that counts length, cuts, transfers and straps automatically is essential to hold rated output.
The BENK MACHINE winder handles pipe from 6 to 25 mm and coils up to 800 mm outside diameter. Length is counted automatically and the pipe is cut to the set length, then the coil is strapped with PP or PET band, unloaded and conveyed away, while the second station continues winding.
