From 15 to 18 April 2025, BENK Machinery joined the 37th CHINAPLAS — the world’s leading plastics and rubber trade fair — at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an), where more than 4,500 exhibitors presented their latest technology to a global audience of converters, brand owners and machine builders.
What we brought to Shenzhen
Our stand focused on the equipment families our customers ask for most. A three-roll calender unit for sheet and board lines was displayed as a working exhibit, alongside our PE pipe production line, efficient mixer, tile production line and PP honeycomb board production line programmes.
- Sheet, board and film lines — PET, PP, PS, PLA, PC, PMMA, PVC and TPO, from single extruder to complete turnkey lines
- Pipe and corrugated pipe lines — PVC, HDPE, PPR and PE, including multi-cavity and large-diameter configurations
- Profile, flooring and tile lines — WPC profiles, PVC profiles, SPC flooring, roof tiles and wall panels
- Mixing units and auxiliary equipment — SRL-W / SRL-Z mixers, crushers, pulverizers and belling machines
- Recycling and pelletizing — PET bottle washing, film and woven-bag washing, and pelletizing lines
Meetings from around the world
Four days at the show meant four days of conversations — with existing customers reviewing their next line, and with new visitors from Europe, South Asia, the Middle East and Africa who came to compare configurations, output rates and after-sales support.
The questions we heard most often were practical ones: How much floor space does the line need? What is the changeover time between products? Who installs and commissions it? What spare parts do we need to keep on the shelf? These are exactly the questions our engineering team answers with a written proposal, a layout drawing and a spare-part list before any order is placed.
Why CHINAPLAS matters
CHINAPLAS is the largest plastics and rubber exhibition in Asia and has been sponsored by EUROMAP, the European Plastics and Rubber Machinery Association, for decades.
