From 15 to 19 October 2025, BENK Machinery took part in the 138th Canton Fair (Autumn session) at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou, welcoming buyers from Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, Africa and Latin America to our stand — Booth 18.1H19.
The fair where global buyers meet Chinese manufacturing
The Canton Fair is China’s largest and longest-running international trade event, held twice a year in Guangzhou since 1957. Each session brings together tens of thousands of buyers from more than 200 countries and regions. For BENK it is the most efficient week of the year — a chance to sit down with customers face to face, hear what each market needs next, and show what we build.
What we brought to Guangzhou
Our stand focused on the equipment families our customers ask for most:
- PET / PP / PS / PLA sheet extrusion lines
- PC / PMMA / GPPS board extrusion lines
- SPC (Online EIR) flooring extrusion lines
- LVT (Online EIR) flooring extrusion lines
- PVC pipe, profile and foam board production lines
- Mixing, feeding and conveying units, plus recycling and pelletizing lines
Every project is engineered around the customer’s material, product size and target output — from a single extrusion line to a complete turnkey factory.
From a stand conversation to a running line
Most conversations at the booth start with a material sample and a target capacity. Our engineers reply with something practical: line configuration, screw and die design, output, factory layout, power and labour requirements, and a realistic delivery schedule. Before shipping, each line is assembled and test-run in Zhangjiagang — customers are welcome to attend the factory acceptance test, or join it by video.
Packing and delivery
Machines are prepared for long-distance transport with the same care they were built:
- Anti-rust treatment on screws, barrels and exposed steel surfaces
- Stretch film and protective wrapping on all painted and electrical parts
- Screws, dies, control panels and small parts in plywood export cases
- Machines braced and fixed inside the container, with loading photos and video shared with the customer
Each shipment travels with a complete documentation set — general layout drawing, electrical diagram, operation and maintenance manual, and spare parts list — so commissioning on site is straightforward.
Built in Zhangjiagang
BENK Machinery is based in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, one of China’s principal plastics machinery clusters and about two hours from Shanghai. Design, machining, assembly, electrical build and testing are handled under one roof, supported by a long-term network of component partners. That is how a conversation at a trade fair becomes a line that runs for years.
