Production line introduction

How the PET/PP/PC/HDPE Wave Tile Production Line is engineered, and which sub-assemblies protect the properties your customers actually buy.

The PET/PP/PC/HDPE wave tile production line is independently developed by the BENK team using advanced extrusion technology, and is designed for the production of high quality wave tiles widely used in construction, agriculture and industry. The line is efficient and stable and produces wave tiles with excellent weather resistance and impact resistance.

Corrugated sheet is only as good as its forming and traction. BENK matches the traction roller geometry to the wave profile, uses a motor driven transverse cutting saw with a high precision meter, and gives operators digital input and output settings so a change of wave specification is a controlled online operation instead of a long manual setup.

Production line technical advantages

Every sub-assembly below is selected to protect the properties your customers buy: transparency, gauge, strength and surface.

01

Exhaust screw design

Single screw and twin screw extruders are used to effectively remove volatiles, so the screw plasticization is good and the wave tile has no crystal points.

02

High efficiency motor

A permanent magnet motor is used to increase production and reduce energy consumption by 5-15%.

03

Rapid prototyping

Fast extrusion speed supports online switching of multiple wave tile specifications, which shortens the changeover between orders.

04

Wide compatibility

Supports the production of PET, PP, PC, HDPE and other sheets, so the equipment has strong compatibility across the whole roofing family.

05

Smooth traction

A traction roller consistent with the wave tile waveform is used, so the traction is stable and the wave shape is not distorted.

06

Accurate cutting

A motor driven transverse cutting saw blade combined with a high-precision meter ensures the precise length of the product and a beautiful incision.

07

Intelligent control system

Digital input and output settings achieve accurate and efficient integrated control from feeding to cutting.

08

Appearance and service

Simple and beautiful industrial design with RAL 5021 water blue semi-matt powder coating, plus high-end Siemens servo and Ethernet technical support and lifelong after-sales service.

Production line advantages

  • Efficient production — Optimize the production process to ensure high production capacity and stable production quality.
  • Multiple material support — Support the production of various materials such as PET, PP, PC, HDPE and other sheets to meet different application requirements.
  • Excellent performance — The finished wave tile has excellent UV resistance, weather resistance, impact resistance and heat insulation, suitable for use in various environments.
  • Intelligent control — Adopt PLC automatic control system to ensure the accuracy and stability of the production process.
  • Environmental protection and energy saving — The design focuses on energy saving, meets green environmental protection requirements and reduces production cost.

Built to run

Co-extrusion of UV and colour layers, in-line laminating and embossed finishes are available for architectural roofing products.

Why buy from BENK Machinery

Extrusion specialists, not traders

BENK designs and builds extrusion lines in Zhangjiagang with an in-house R&D and process team, so machine selection is matched to your resin and product instead of a catalogue number.

Evidence before shipment

Every line is assembled and run in our works. You receive trial video, gauge and output records, and are welcome to attend the factory acceptance test.

Total cost, not lowest price

Energy-efficient drives, permanent magnet motors and optimized heating reduce kWh per tonne, which usually matters more over five years than the initial purchase price.

Real commissioning support

Our engineers install, commission, train your operators and stay involved until the line hits the specified output and quality on your material.

Spares and response

Critical spares are stocked for fast dispatch, and the Siemens Ethernet control platform allows remote diagnosis before a service visit is needed.

Upgrades as you grow

Co-extrusion, gauge control, automation and downstream equipment can be added later, protecting your original investment.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask most often about this corrugated sheet line.

Which materials can the wave tile production line process?
The line handles PET, PP, PC and HDPE sheet. Single screw and twin screw configurations are both available, and the screw, barrel and temperature profile are selected according to the material you intend to run most.
How fast can the line switch between different wave specifications?
The line uses a rapid prototyping approach with fast extrusion speed and digital input and output settings, so several wave tile specifications can be switched online. The forming rollers and calibration tooling remain part of the planned changeover package.
What is the output and size range?
Product width is 1000 mm to 2500 mm with a thickness of 0.2 mm to 3 mm. The single screw line runs 300 kg/h to 650 kg/h and the twin screw line runs 500 kg/h to 1350 kg/h.
Are the tiles suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. With a UV stabilized co-extruded surface layer, the wave tiles deliver excellent UV resistance, weather resistance and heat insulation, and they are widely used for industrial, warehouse and agricultural roofs.
Do you supply the forming rollers and the die?
Yes. BENK supplies the complete package including the corrugated sheet die, wave forming and calibration tooling, cooling and haul-off, cutting and stacking, so the whole line is commissioned with a single point of responsibility.
