Product introduction

How the Nano Flat Dripper is engineered, and which sub-assemblies protect the performance your customers actually buy.

The nano flat dripper is the small, high precision member of the flat dripper family. It is designed for drip tape where emitters are placed very close together, which is common in cotton, vegetables and other densely planted crops.

Because the part is small, the moulding tolerance matters even more. BENK MACHINE produces nano drippers on modern high cavity moulds with a pure polyethylene compound, giving small dimensional variance and consistent flexibility, so the emitter feeds reliably at high speed and discharges uniformly in the field.

Technical advantages

Every sub-assembly below is selected to protect the performance your customers buy.

01

Fine pitch capability

Small overall size allows the close emitter spacing that dense row crops need.

02

Tight tolerance

Precision moulding keeps the part dimensions consistent, which is essential both for automatic feeding and for flow accuracy.

03

Consistent flexibility

A pure polyethylene compound gives predictable flexibility, so the emitter seats correctly during insertion.

04

Self-cleaning channel

Stepped teeth in the labyrinth flush particles through and reduce blockage.

05

Reliable at high speed

The part is designed to feed and orient reliably in a high speed insertion unit.

06

Proven in the field

The nano type is used by leading international drip tape producers.

Key benefits

  • Fine pitch capability — Small overall size allows the close emitter spacing that dense row crops need.
  • Tight tolerance — Precision moulding keeps the part dimensions consistent, which is essential both for automatic feeding and for flow accuracy.
  • Consistent flexibility — A pure polyethylene compound gives predictable flexibility, so the emitter seats correctly during insertion.
  • Self-cleaning channel — Stepped teeth in the labyrinth flush particles through and reduce blockage.

Built to run

Material preparation, processing and downstream handling can be integrated into one turnkey scope from a single supplier.

Process flow

Each station is matched in capacity so the machine runs at the rated output without a bottleneck.

  • Resin drying
  • High cavity injection moulding
  • Cooling and ejection
  • Vision inspection and sorting
  • Bulk packing
  • High speed feeding and orientation
  • Insertion into fine pitch tape
  • Outlet punching and winding

Applications

Typical end uses for this product, based on the applications BENK MACHINE equipment already serves worldwide.

Cotton

Fine emitter spacing for uniform moisture along the row.

Vegetables

Dense plantings where a close spacing is required.

Sugarcane and flowers

Narrow spacing on high value row crops.

Export tape

Tape made for buyers who specify a nano emitter.

Options and auxiliary equipment

Why buy from BENK MACHINE

Extrusion specialists, not traders

BENK MACHINE designs and builds extrusion and drip irrigation equipment in Zhangjiagang with an in-house R and D and process team, so machine selection is matched to your resin and product instead of a catalogue number.

Evidence before shipment

Every machine is assembled and run in our works. You receive trial video, gauge and output records, and are welcome to attend the factory acceptance test.

Total cost, not lowest price

Energy efficient drives, permanent magnet motors and optimised heating reduce kWh per tonne, which usually matters more over five years than the initial purchase price.

Real commissioning support

Our engineers install, commission, train your operators and stay involved until the machine hits the specified output and quality on your material.

Spares and response

Critical spares are stocked for fast dispatch, and the Siemens Ethernet control platform allows remote diagnosis before a service visit is needed.

Upgrades as you grow

Co-extrusion, gauge control, automation and downstream equipment can be added later, protecting your original investment.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask most often about the Nano Flat Dripper.

How is the nano dripper different from a standard flat dripper?
It is smaller and moulded to a tighter tolerance so that it can be inserted at very close spacing and still feed and orient reliably at high speed.
Which flow rates are available?
0.8, 1.0, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 litres per hour are standard, with other rates available on request.
Which crops use the nano dripper?
Mainly dense row crops such as cotton, vegetables, sugarcane and cut flowers where small emitter spacing is specified.
