The PP/PS/PLA high speed single screw sheet extrusion line is independently developed by the BENK team for manufacturers of high quality plastic sheet. It is widely used in food packaging, advertising material and stationery fields, where fast and stable production decides the cost per kilogram.
Instead of oversizing the screw, the line uses a high speed single screw with a large motor and a special feeding section, so shear and melting are completed quickly and evenly. A permanent magnet motor, wear resistant alloy screw and barrel, and a three-roll forming machine with a large roll angle complete a package that is fast, clean and energy efficient.
