BENK WPC profile extrusion line also named wood-plastic profile extrusion line which is used to produce wood-PE profile and wood-PVC profile, WPE profile is used for outdoor decoration, WPVC profile is used for indoor decoration.

BENK WPC profile extrusion line has high production capacity which is around 300kg/h by SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, if you produce big size products, we need to change big twin screw extruder for you accordingly. The raw material of WPC is recycled PE/PVC mixed with wood powder, we used our high speed mixer to mix raw material, then make WPC compounds by our parallel twin screw extruder.

Wood-PE raw material is consist by 60% wood powder, 30% recycled PE and some other additions additives, wood-PVC is consist by 40% wood powder, 50% recycled PVC and 10% additions additives, if you do not have the formula for WPC, we can help you find WPC compounds from China, it is cheaper which is around USD1000.00 per ton.
