The inline flat dripper line is the workhorse of drip tape production. A single screw or co-extrusion extruder forms the PE tube, a vacuum tank calibrates it, and a servo driven emitter insertion unit presses and welds each flat dripper into the wall at a programmable spacing before the outlets are punched and inspected.
Every BENK MACHINE line is sized around the product you sell. The screw, die, calibration sleeve, emitter feeder and winding automation are selected together, then assembled and trial run in our Zhangjiagang works, so the performance measured at the factory acceptance test is the performance you install. The machine frame is finished in RAL 5021 water blue with a semi-matt powder coating.
