BENK PE extruder also named PE pipe extruder, as we use the polythene extruder to make PE pipe, and we also can say it single screw extruder for it consist by single screw.

Benk PE extruder can be used to produce HDPE pipe and LDPE pipe, they are the same plastic extrusion process.

What is their plastic pipe extrusion process step?

1. We need to heat the single screw and barrel with our heater covered outside of the barrel, it will take about 2-3 hours pre-heat to the temperature what we set, the temperature for PE will be around 150 degrees.
2. The raw material of PE pellets will be uploaded to PE extruder by vacuum loader, and it will be dry by hopper dryer before downloading to the loader of single screw extruder, then the pellets will be feed to single screw by feeding screw.
3. We have four zones in the screw which are feeding zone, melt zone,
4. The PE pipe is formed by extrusion die which connected with extruder head.

Benk has high efficient PE extruder and normal standard PE extruder, the difference between them is their outputs.

For high efficient PE extruder, we use the higher torque change brand gearbox and high torque screw, when the Siemens motor consumes one degree power, it can has 20-30% higher output than normal standard PE extruder.

As customer do not have more budget for his project, usually, it will need two PE pipe extrusion lines for his 20-160mm PE pipe, which are 20-63mm PE pipe extrusion line, 63-160mm pipe extrusion line, but we discussed with our engineer and tried our best to find the best solution for him, so we do not only make machine, we always solve a customer headache on invest and extrusions.
