BENK WPC foam board production line also named wood-PVC foam board production line which is used to produce WPC foam board and WPC crust foam board, WPC foam board extrusion line only has one conical twin screw extruder.

BENK WPC foam board production line can produce 5-50mm thickness foam board, and the foam board can be used as furniture board, kitchen board, desk board, construction board. The WPC foam board has 10-20% wood in the formula, other will be PVC and additions, the price of formula is cheaper than wood, and it is much lighter than wood as well.
BENK WPC foam board extrusion line can produce 450kg/h with SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder, you also can print the patterns on the board with hot transfer if your customer need, then we can cover UV film on the surface.
